What floor plan options are offered?

We offer four comfortable apartment layouts: a spacious one bedoom, one-bath: a one-bedroom with study and two baths: a spacious two-bedroom, one-bath and a two-bedroom, two-bath.

Apartment features and storage vary by floor plan.

Are pets allowed in the community?

Yes, Granbury Place Apartments is a pet-friendly community. Please contact our leasing office for current information about pet guidlines, restrictions and applicable fees or deposits.

What utilities and amenities are included?

Residents have access to our community amenities including the pool, barbecue grills, gazebo, and office patio. Regular maintenance is provided, and our leasing staff can provide details about included utilities and services.

Where is the apartment complex located?

Granbury Place Apartments located at 1525 South Meadows Drive, Granbury, Texas 76048. We are located near Lake Granbury, historic downtown Granbury, local dining , shopping, and everyday essentials.

What is the application procedure?

Applications for Granbury Place are completed in person at our leasing office. The application fee is $95 per adult.  Application process includes income verification, a background check, credit check and other standard screening requirements.

We accept personal checks, money order, or cashier's checks. Online payments are not accepted.

 

Is on-site maintenance available?

Our maintenance team does not live on-site. However 24/7 on-call maintenance is available for emergencies. Residents can contact the leasing office for maintenance request and emergency assistance.

What lease terms do you support?

We offer 12-month leases. After completing the initial 12-month lease, residents may have the option to renew for a six-month term or go month-to-month, depending on acailability and circumstances.
